Photofacial
A photofacial is an FDA approved, non-invasive treatment that utilizes intense pulse light technology (IPL) to minimize and reverse the signs of aging and treat a wide array of skin conditions such as: Hyperpigmentation, including sun damage and age spots, vascular lesions, including broken capillaries and rosacea, as well as acne. The heat causes micro-trauma to the dermis layer of the skin which stimulates the production of collagen and elastin reducing fine lines and wrinkles, toning, and tightening the skin for a more youthful appearance.
IPL is unique in that it treats skin damage at the dermis layer without damaging the skin’s surface, so there is no down time. Treatment areas include the face, neck, chest, back, legs arms and hands.

Utilizes IPL to treat all types of acne by killing the bacteria known as P. Acnes that causes acne, shrinking the sebaceous glands so that they produce less oil, reducing inflammation and stimulating collagen production which minimizes the appearance of acne scars.
This is a fast, safe, and effective alternative to topical medicines which can irritate the epidermis leaving skin patchy, red and sensitive.
Most clients will see a significant improvement in skin tone and texture after only one treatment, with optimal results showing between 8-12 IPL treatments (1-2 times a week for 4 -6 weeks).
